Ray Godwin is an experienced professional vocalist, entertainer and DJ based in Lancashire, performing at weddings, parties, corporate events and special occasions across the UK. Known for his strong live vocals, warm stage presence and versatile repertoire, Ray delivers entertainment that can be tailored to the style and atmosphere of each event.
With a background in Performing Arts and Media, Ray has built a varied career across live performance, radio, television and theatre. Alongside his work as a live singer, he is also an established recording artist, voiceover performer and songwriter.
Ray has appeared across a range of media and performance settings, with radio and television appearances including BBC Northwest Tonight, Granada Reports, BBC Radio Manchester, BBC Radio Lancashire and BBC Radio Five Live. This breadth of experience brings professionalism, confidence and quality to every performance.
Whether performing swing classics, party favourites, Rat Pack standards or an Elvis tribute show, Ray combines experience and versatility to create memorable live entertainment for every audience.

Manchester - albeit a few years apart! Salford Lad is his
authentic tribute show, in which he performs classic songs
by The Smiths and Morrissey.

Our Royal Wedding / Renewal of Our Wedding Vows Party on
29th April 2011. Guests were all up dancing and singing
along having a wonderful time thanks to Ray, who adapted
his Act, from cool Swing in the afternoon, to party
Party PARTY at night ! All our guests were so impressed
with Ray's vocal talents and charisma that, not only did
they all say that he was the best live Act they had ever
seen, but also that they were glad that they turned down
the invite to Westminster Abbey/Buckingham Palace to see
him. I am just pleased we got him booked before the
Royals ! Thank you so much Ray for making Our
day such a wonderful and memorable experience . One
